BBQ Mustard Maple Pork Chops
1/4 cup SMAK DAB Beer Chipotle Mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 chopped shallot
1 teaspoon each salt, pepper, and thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
4-6 medium sized pork chops
Mix ingredients, and toss the pork chops in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight for the best flavour!
Preheat grill to medium high heat. BBQ the chops for about 5-6 minutes each side, or until there is just a slight pink in the middle. Remove from grill and let chops rest 5 minutes before serving.
