Grilled Rosemary-Dijon Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS:

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped or grated
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
1 tablespoon SMAK DAB Mustard (Maple, Honey Horseradish, or Beer Chipotle)
8 lamb chops
Sea salt + pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Combine garlic, oil, rosemary, mustard, salt, pepper, and chops. Allow to marinade for 1-4 hours. Preheat a greased grill to medium high heat, and grill chops for about 8-10 minutes (for medium rare), turning once each side. Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve!
