Kohlrabi-Apple Slaw

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoon SMAK DAB Mustard (Honey Horseradish or White Wine Herb)
1/4 head green cabbage, shredded (about 3 cups)
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
2 kohlrabi, peeled and julienne (long thin strips)
2 apples, julienne
1/3 cup dill, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and mustard. Mix in with the cabbage, carrot, kohlrabi, apple, and dill. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

NOTE: A mandolin is the perfect tool to help shred and julienne vegetables. Just be careful your fingers, be sure to use the guard!
