Smak Dab Deviled Eggs

SMOKED SALMON + MAPLE MUSTARD DEVILED EGGS

1 Basic Deviled Eggs Recipe
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons SMAK DAB Maple Mustard
2 teaspoons chopped dill
Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
6 oz. flaked smoked salmon or trout
Pinch of salt + pepper

Mash yolks with the following ingredients. Spoon into egg whites and top with a sprinkle of dill.

CURRIED MOROCCAN DEVILED EGGS

1 Basic Deviled Eggs Recipe
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon SMAK DAB Beer Chipotle Mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon each ground cumin, coriander
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 garlic clove, grated
Pinch of salt + pepper
Cilantro chopped, to garnish

Heat olive oil with spices and add garlic. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes until soft and fragrant. Let cool, then add to yolks and mash together. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Spoon into egg whites and garnish with cilantro.

PICKLED BEET + HONEY HORSERADISH DEVILED EGGS

1 Basic Deviled Eggs Recipe
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon SMAK DAB Honey Horseradish Mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped or grated pickled beets
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons chopped green onion or chives
Pinch of salt + pepper

Mash the yolks with the following ingredients. Spoon into egg whites, and garnish with a sprinkle of green onion or chives

DIRECTIONS:

Place 12 large eggs in a wide pot; cover with cold water by 1”. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Drain the eggs and run under cold water to cool. Peel eggs and discard shells. Halve each egg lengthwise.

Scoop out the yolks of each egg and mix with ingredients according to recipe below. Spoon mixture back into egg whites.
