Ginger Green Beans

5 cups    green beans, trimmed

4 tbsp    sodium-reduced soy sauce or tamari

4 tsp    sesame oil

4 tsp    seasoned rice vinegar

2 tsp    Smak Dab Hot Honey Jalapeno 

1½ tsp    ginger, grated 

4 tsp    sesame seeds

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the green beans until tender, yet crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Drain the beans and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Chill for about 10 minutes. Drain well and pat dry. 

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, mustard, and ginger.

Place the beans in a serving bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and lightly toss to combine. 

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
