Garlic Mustard Marinade



1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced green onion
4 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon SMAK DAB Mustard (Beer Chipotle or White Wine Herb)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper


In a sealed jar, add all ingredients and shake well. Marinade meats for 4-6 hours, or overnight for best flavour.

Note: When marinading tough cuts of meat like flank steak, marinade overnight. The acids will help tenderize the meat, leading to a more tender steak.
