Cedar Plank Salmon or Trout with Canadian Maple Mustard 

Fish and Canadian Maple Mustard - a match made in heaven (grill). Bring a cedar plank into the mix and experience the magic that only takes 20 minutes to happen.


1 cedar plank 

1 whole fillet of salmon or trout (make sure it fits on the plank)

1/4-1/2 cup SMAK DAB Canadian Maple Mustard

Sea salt and pepper

1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary


Soak the board in water overnight.

Fire up your BBQ, and set to medium-hight heat. (Around 400 degrees) Place plank on grill and lay on your fish. Drizzle generously with mustard, sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.

Cook fish about 15-20 minutes (or maybe more, depending on size of fillet) until the flesh is opaque and firm. Remove and serve immediately! 

Optional: Serve with SMAK DAB’s Tartar Sauce.
