Sesame Maple Salmon


Sesame Maple Salmon

4 fillets of salmon, skin on

1/3 cup SMAK DAB Canadian Maple Mustard  

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp sesame oil

1 clove garlic, finely grated

½ tsp ginger, finely grated 

1 tsp sesame seeds, optional 

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the salmon in a greased oven proof baking dish. In a bowl, combine the mustard, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through, but not dry. Serve immediately.
