Place Brie in a baking dish or rimmed baking sheet, and sprinkle with 1 tbsp brown sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes until softened. Let cool for 5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine remaining sugar, honey, butter, spices and orange zest over medium heat. Bring to a boil then remove from the heat and stir in nuts, dried cranberries, mustard and salt; allow to cool slightly.
Spoon warm sauce over cheese with bread and crackers.
