Spiced Peach Chutney

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, finely chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup sultana raisins
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes 
  • ½ tsp sea salt 
  • 1 tbsp Smak Dab Mustard – Curry Dijon, Honey Horseradish or Canadian Maple 
  • 1 tsp curry powder 
  • ½ tsp black pepper 

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until thick and reduced, stirring occasionally.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
